Robert Sharkey (Seymour Krelborn) is a 17 year old junior at Heath High School. He has previously performed at WKCTC in The Mikado as Pish-Tush and in A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Forum. Robert has also performed at Market House Theatre in Sanders Family Christmas and Aladdin. He is very thankful for another wonderful experience with WKCTC. Robert recently received a third audition call back in New York City for the National Tour of Spring Awakening. He has been accepted to the Governor’s School for the Arts.
Janet Bloomingburg (Audrey Fulquard) is thrilled to appear once again at the WKCTC Clemens Fine Arts Center Theatre. Some of her favorite roles on this stage include Eliza in My Fair Lady and Yum Yum in last year’s production of The Mikado. A Florida native and a graduate of Freed-Hardeman University, Janet has made Lone Oak in Paducah her home for the past twelve years. She would like to thank her loving and supportive family and the WKCTC theatre staff and crew for letting her be a part of this “delicious” show.
Joe Mahoney (Gravis Mushnik) last appeared on this stage as Nanki Poo in The Mikado. He performed as Bellamy in The Fantastiks, and as Edward Rutledge in 1776 among others. Joe teaches here at WKCTC.
Emily Hensel (Crystal) made her last appearance at WKCTC as Poppi-Siidi in The Mikado. Emily has been involved in Paducah theatre for several years at both MHT and WKCTC. She has been accepted to the Governor’s School for the Arts.
Alecia Bachuss (Chiffon) is a native of Paducah, Kentucky. She has had 2 years of professional vocal training. Alecia has been a part of performance and choir for 6 years, through high school and church. She is a junior at Murray State University and this is her first performance at WKCTC.
Miki Abraham (Ronnett) has been doing theatre for 9 years and it is her favorite down time activity. She loves it so much and enjoys being the center of attention. As a kid, this was definitely the one hobby her parents got her into that she did not care for. Now she hopes to study theatre in college and become a director. This is Miki’s second show at WKCTC and her 26th play. Miki has been accepted to the Governor’s School for the Arts.
Derek Hille (Orin) has appeared in Window For Murder, Popular, and The Mysterious Art of Advertising at Massac County High School, where he is a senior. Derek is president of the chorus and is a member of the marching band drum line. This is his first show at WKCTC.
Chris Hayden (Derelict/Ensemble) is from Paducah and is the band and choir director at Massac County High School in Metropolis, IL. He is a Murray State graduate with a Bachelors and Masters degree in Music Education. He has been a chorus member in the Campus Lights productions of Guys and Dolls and Crazy For You; a supernumerary in the Nashville Opera’s productions of Aida and Elmer Gantry, a trumpet player in the pit for Meet Me in St. Louis and Once Upon A Mattress, and a member of the Paducah Symphony Chorus.
Claudia R. Harris (Skip Snip/Ensemble) is a 17 year old junior at Graves County High School. Her previous theatre experience includes: Mimi in Guys and Dolls, Ermengarde in Hello Dolly!, Molly Ralston in The Mousetrap, Elaine Harper in Arsenic & Old Lace, all at Purchase Players, as well as other roles elsewhere. Claudia would like to thank Jacob Hein, LaVerne Waldrop and her mom, Marilyn Harris, for all their time and help this year. She would also like to give a shout out to all her friends at GCHS.
Janelle Tortorelli (Tourist/Customer/Bernstein/Ensemble), was Katisha in The Mikado last spring and was last seen in Murder at Mike’s dinner theatre. She would like to thank God for giving her the strength to make it through this semester.
Caitlyn Gallip (Bag Lady/Radio Announcer/Ensemble) is 15 and attends Paducah Tilghman High School. This is her second performance at WKCTC, and she is excited to be back. Previous performances at Market House Theatre include Beauty and the Beast, The Wizard of Oz, Annie Get Your Gun, and many others. Caitlyn would like to thank her parents, Mickey and Melissa, for all of their unconditional love, talent, and support.
Janett Blythe (Voice of Audrey II), a native of Mayfield, is director of public relations at West Kentucky Community and Technical College. She has previously performed in the college choir and in theatre productions such as The Mikado at Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia.
Laura Everett (Tourist/Customer/Mrs. Luce/Patrick Martin/Ensemble) is a graduate from WKCTC. She has been performing in shows at the college since 1997. Laura was recently seen as Hai-Ku in The Mikado.
Andrew Hook (Audrey II manipulation) is a native of Paducah and proud studious WKCTC student. He came to the director with technican crew experience and a strong back and eagerly came on board as a theater plant for this production.
Phyllis Hammonds (Derelict II/Ensemble) has appeared in many WKCTC productions. She has been an invaluable resource for many productions at WKCTC.

Norman F. Wurgler (Director) is Associate Professor of Music at WKCTC.
Little Shop of Horrors marks Mr. Wurgler’s eleventh main stage production at the college and he is looking forward to the next one.
C. Todd Birdsong (Technical Director) is in his thirteenth year with the Arts In Focus Series at West Kentucky Community & Technical College. He also works with other area arts organizations including the Market House Theatre, Maiden Alley Cinema, and the Carson Four Rivers Performing Arts Center. He is also involved with the Paducah Summer Festival Photo Competition. Todd also serves as the lighting designer for Living Pictures at Immanuel Baptist Church in Paducah. He has designed sets and lighting for the Playhouse In The Park, Murray State University Theatre Department and the Market House Theatre. Some recent designs include Dancing at Lughnasa and A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To Forum along with the lighting and set designs for the Backstage Pass acoustic music series at the WKCTC Clemens Fine Arts Center. Todd and his wife, Laura, have three wonderful sons and a brand new beautiful daughter. They are thankful everyday for them and each other.
Patt Lynch (Musical Director) has taught music for 27 years in the Paducah Independent Schools and currently is a realtor with Thomas-Smith Real Estate Services. Patt is a member of the Paducah Symphony Chorus, teaches piano privately and continues many years of involvement as music director for productions at Market House Theatre as well as at WKCTC. In addition to his music endeavors, Patt has long been active in local preservation and is currently renovating his 3rd home. A resident of Midtown Jefferson Street, Patt is often seen walking his two dogs, Gabe and Isaac.
Jim Patton (Bass/Keyboard) is a Field Support Services Supervisor for LYNX Services and a partner in KDL Designs with Kevin Linder. Musically, he is an Organist/Handbell Director for First Christian Church of Paducah and accompanist for the WKCTC Community Chorus, as well as various other ways of musical community involvement. Jim's previous acting experience is pretty basic, having roles in You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown, Grease, Oklahoma and MSU's Campus Lights. He last appeared on the WKCTC stage as Kara-Oke in The Mikado.
Susan Anderson (Stage Manager) has been active both on stage and back stage at WKCTC, Market House Theatre and Oak Grove Living History. Some of her on-stage credits include Quilters and You Can’t Take It With You at WKCTC, Tons of Money, Squabbles, and Cemetery Club at MHT. Susan would like to thank Norm and the entire cast and crew for keeping her sane for the last three months.
Danielle Harris (Assistant Stage Manager) is currently attending WKCTC, and is getting her degree in the arts. She will continue her education in sign language interpreting somewhere far from here, somewhere that ‘s green.
Constance Frank (Makeup) is Professor of Theatre at WKCTC, and has been involved in productions here since 1991.
Julie Moore (Ticket Office Coordinartor) has been working for the Arts in Focus Series and the Clemens Fine Arts Center since 1989.
Gail Robinson Butler (Director, Clemens Fine Arts Center) is the producer of Little Shop of Horrors. Production credits include the Paducah Summer Festival Concert Series from 1985 to 2005 and the Arts in Focus Series since 1993.
