Sara Watkins, 27-year old Nonesuch recording artist, spent nearly two decades as one-third of Nickel Creek, the Grammy Award–winning acoustic trio. The singer-songwriter and fiddle player recently released her self-titled solo disc, produced by former Led Zeppelin bassist John Paul Jones. Sara’s credits include appearances on NPR’s A Prairie Home Companion and Mountain Stage.
