The box office is your source for tickets to the Arts In FOCUS Series, Keynote Series, Backstage Pass, and the Campus Series events.

• The box office will be closed on all Kentucky Community & Technical College Holidays.
• Tickets outside of these hours are available at the box office 45 minutes prior to show time.

Box Office Services

Thank you for your interest in the West Kentucky Community and Technical College Clemens Fine Arts Center box office. If you are looking for a friendly and informed staff and a convenient location to purchase tickets to events, you have come to the right place! We are located in the Clemens Student Center Fine Arts Building. As a customer, you will be able to purchase event tickets on our user friendly website, on the phone or in person with our helpful staff!

As a service to you our customer, we accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, or discover) cash and check as payment for tickets. In addition to convenience for our customers, the box office offers reasonable prices to you. For group pricing quotes, please contact the box offfice. The box office is happy to introduce a new and improved service, online ticketing!

Box Office Policies

• If you are not able to use your tickets, please call (270) 534-3212 to release them so someone waiting can enjoy the show.  Your ticket donations are greatly appreciated and may be tax deductible as described in IRS Publication 526.
• We do not give refunds.
• All programs and dates are subject to change without notice.
• Everyone attending a performance, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
• Ticket holders arriving after 7:15 PM will be seated at the discretion of the house manager.
• If late, your original seats may be unavailable and your newly assigned seats will be located in another area of the theatre.  

Pre-Printed Tickets

Pre-printed tickets, are mailed or held at will call upon ticket purchases online.
